Ella is steadily gaining weight. She is 4 pounds 5.7 ounces.
She has been staying awake for all her bottles for the past couple days.
She is still on oxygen but will likely be tried off oxygen within the week.
I love that I can visit her now and pick her up without asking or waiting for one of the nurses to hand me my Ella. Since she has gained weight, I am much more comfortable holding her.
She had a Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy consultation. Ella tends to favor turning her head to the right. She has a very mild beginning case called Torticollis. The Speech Therapist said it was mild and that Ella needs to do some neck stretches with each diaper change.
